This product drop brings three updates you can put to work in FirstTouch: a social selling teammate in Slack, more ways to track social signals, and webhooks that bring FirstTouch into your own tools.
Each one comes from how you’re using the product and what you’ve asked us to build next. Here’s what’s new—and why I’m excited about it.
An expert social seller, right inside Slack
You can now chat with your FirstTouch agent in Slack. Think of it as having an expert social seller on your team, in the place you already work.
Ask it for help with messaging. Have it build a list, create a campaign, or set up a flow. Describe what you want to accomplish, and work with the agent to put it together.
I’ve been using this ahead of conferences: finding who’s attending and sending connection requests before I get there. It’s a simple way to start the conversation before we’re in the same room.
Your team can get started through a conversation, without having to learn another interface. The agent can propose the audience and steps, then give you a preview to review.

More social signals—and now, post tracking
You’ve been putting social signals to work by capturing engagement around your executive team. The next request was clear: more signals. Could you track competitors? Influencers? Other people your buyers pay attention to?
Now you can create multiple social signals and build different plays around the profiles you want to follow. Track likes, comments, or both.

You can also track what a profile is posting and when it publishes, alongside the engagement happening around its content.
One play I’m especially excited to see teams run: monitor target accounts for new posts, then be early to engage in a human way. Read what they’ve shared, contribute something relevant, and use that interaction to build the relationship.
The signal gives you a reason to show up. The conversation is yours to have.
Build with FirstTouch behind the scenes
Many of you want to bring LinkedIn and social outreach into tools you’ve built yourselves. You might have an internal platform, a data warehouse, or a CRM without a native FirstTouch integration.
With FirstTouch’s existing API and new webhooks, you can connect those systems, send activity and signal data back to your system of record, and build the workflow around how your team operates.

You choose where the data goes and what happens next. FirstTouch can work behind the scenes while your team keeps working in its own systems.
What will you build?
I’m excited to see the plays you run with this release—from connecting before a conference, to joining a target account’s next conversation, to building social outreach into your own platform.
